CONCORD – Connor Lenhart shot a 74 Thursday at Concord Hills Golf Club to qualify for next week’s Michigan High School Athletic Association’s state golf meet.

Lenhart finished third overall in the meet behind Clinton’s Austin Fauser (71) and Lansing Christian’s Parker Jamison (73). Lenhart was two-over par for the day.

REGIONAL RESULTS

Clinton (338), Lansing Christian (356) and Hillsdale Academy (358) finished 1-2-3 and qualified for the state meet.

Jared Bronikowski (111) and Braedon Mills (114) were the other two Whiteford golfers to compete.

Lenhart will participate in the state golf meet June 8-9 at Forest Akers East Golf Course at Michigan State University in East Lansing. He is gunning for his third consecutive All-State honor as well.
