Whiteford’s Connor Lenhart was named the Monroe County Region Golfer of the Year today by The Monroe News.

Lenhart is a repeat winner of the award. He is a four-time All-TCC golfer and three-time All-State choice who finished tied for 24th at the recent Division 4 state golf meet in Lansing.

According to The Monroe News, Lenhart averaged 36.4 for his nine-hole matches and 73.4 on his 18-hole matches. He was medalist eight times on the season.
