OTTAWA LAKE — Whiteford’s football team had something new on the field Friday night.

The Bobcats came out onto the field in new home uniforms.

“We had them ordered, but we had no idea they were in or even when they would be in,” Bobcat coach Todd Thieken said. “We were waiting for them, but the company didn’t let us know when we would be receiving. All of a sudden, this week, they showed up.”

The uniforms are a slightly different shade of blue with stripes on the shoulders and have a Bobcat on the pant leg.
