Whiteford had a good day Saturday competing at the Gabriel Richard Invitational as the runners prep for the upcoming TCC championships.

“We ran really well against very big schools and tough competition, all the guys walked away with PRs as did most of the girls,” said Jay Yockey, Whiteford coach.
