Twelve Bobcats earn First Team All-TCC football honors

The Tri-County Conference champion Whiteford Bobcats put 12 players on the all-league first team, the league announced today.

The team was chosen by the five league head coaches on Wednesday.

Earning first team honors on offense were Quarterback Shea Ruddy, Running Backs Hunter DeBarr and Drew Knaggs, Center Kyle Gray, Guard Brayden Luse, Tackle Owen Knaggs and Wide Receiver Kolby Masserant. On defense, the Bobcats had Defensive Lineman Aidan Cousino, Defensive End Seamus Waterford, Inside Linebacker Jake Iott, Outside Linebacker Stepan Masserant and Defensive Back Ryin Ruddy.

The Bobcats went 4-0 in the league, outscoring opponents 220-26. It was the second straight league title for the Bobcats and it comes in the 50th season of TCC football.
