OTTAWA LAKE – Evan Parker drilled four 3-pointers and scored 16 of his game-high 26 points in the second quarter as Whiteford pulled away for a 53-29 boys basketball victory over Blissfield Saturday.
Parker has scored 69 points in his last three games to push his season scoring average to 17.4 points per game.
The Bobcats led 15-10 lead after one quarter, then dominated the second period 18-6 to push their lead to 33-16 at halftime.
Lincoln Joerin scored all 8 of his points in the first quarter for Whiteford, which improved to 12-6 with its third straight victory.
