OTTAWA LAKE — Whiteford senior Owen Knaggs has signed to play college football at Trine University in Angola, Ind.

Knaggs played football four years at Whiteford and was an all-league performer last season for the Division 8 state champion Bobcats.

Trine is coming off a 7-3 season. The Thunder plays in the MIAA.
