Bobcats improve to 5-5 with two wins over BD

OTTAWA LAKE – Whiteford evened its record on the season with a sweep of Britton Deerfield, beating the Patriots 10-1 and 15-0 Wednesday.

In the opener, the Bobcats plated six runs in the third inning to break open a close game.

Logan Tammerine had two hits, including a triple. Shea Ruddy and Luke Rasor also had two hits. Rasor and Ryin Ruddy had two RBI each. Nate Stevens was the winner on the hill, striking out 14.

In the second game, Shea Ruddy hit a homerun, Rasor went 4-for-4 and Tammerine picked up the win, striking out 10 in five innings of work.
