Whiteford took a pair of wins from Milan Thursday in a non-league doubleheader.
The Bobcats won the opener 1-0 with the game-winning run coming in the sixth inning.
“We had baserunners every inning but the fifth, but couldn’t push across any runners until the sixth,” Whiteford coach Matt VanBrandt said.
Shay Alexander scored the run after getting on base with a bunt single. It was her second hit of the game.
Unity Nelson struck out 13 and had a no-hitter.
In Game 2, the Bobcats won 8-4. Karlei Conard struck out seven and allowed four hits.
Patrina Marsh slugged a home run.
