Whiteford girls pick up first victory of the season as Rasor scored 15

OTTAWA LAKE – Nick Brillhart was a winner in his first game as Whiteford’s girls basketball coach. 

The Bobcats beat Washtenaw Christian Academy 48-43.

His team did not allow a field goal in the third quarter and gave up just 4 points as the offense took command of the game.

Emily Rasor drilled four 3-pointers and led the Bobcats with 15 points. Annabelle Gapp scored 11 of her 14 points in the third quarter and added 11 rebounds and 3 blocked shots for the game. 

The Bobcats are 1-0.
