OTTAWA LAKE – Whiteford’s defense put the clamps on two of the leading scorers in the Tri-County Conference Wednesday in a 79-32 win over Sand Creek.
The Bobcats jumped out to an early lead and never looked back against the Aggies, mainly because the defense held the visitors to 20 first half points and just 12 in the second.
Josh Hill finished with 18 points while Evan Parker scored 14 and Kolby Masserant 13.
The Bobcats are 11-6 and play their final home game of the season Friday when they host Summerfield.
