The seven Tri-County Conference boys basketball teams will be in just two districts for boys basketball this year.
The Division 3 district at Blissfield includes Erie Mason, Sand Creek and Whiteford.
The Division 4 district at Lenawee Christian includes Britton Deerfield, Morenci, Summerfield and Lenawee Christian.
Whiteford is the No. 1 seed in the Division 3 district while LCS took the No. 1 seed in its district. Seeds are based on a formula devised by the MHSAA, called Michigan Power Ranking.
In Blissfield, Erie Mason and Sand Creek kick things off at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 26. The winner faces Whiteford on Wednesday, Feb. 28, at the same time.
On the other side of the bracket, Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central will face Clinton at 7 p.m. on Feb. 26 with the winner playing in the second game Wednesday against Blissfield.
The finals are at 7 p.m. March 1.
In Division 4, Summerfield opens the district on Feb. 26 at 5:30 p.m. against Ann Arbor Rudolf Steiner. The winner faces Lenawee Christian on Feb. 28 at 5:30 p.m. On the other side of the bracket, Britton Deerfield will face the Morenci/Ann Arbor Central Academy winner on Feb. 28.
The finals are at 7 p.m. March 1.
