Bobcats will take 14-8 record into postseason after loss to Royals

BLISSFIELD – Blissfield came into the game averaging 61.2 points a game but poured in 78 to hand Whiteford its eighth loss of the regular season.

Gabe Schnoor was the difference for the Royals, scoring 36 points. He had 11 in the first quarter, nine in the second, nine in the third and 7 in the fourth on his way to the biggest scoring night of his career.

Whiteford was led by Evan Parker, who scored 16 points, Kolby Masserant who scored 13 and Josh Hill who had 11.

Whiteford will take a 14-8 record into next week’s Division 3 district at Blissfield. The Bobcats will play at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday against the winner of the Erie Mason-Sand Creek game.
