OTTAWA LAKE — Madison hit a flurry of 3-pointers to close the second quarter and start the fourth quarter and beat Whiteford 39-29 Thursday.

The Bobcats led the 18-4 Trojans deep into the second quarter before the Trojans started hitting.

Emily Rasor led the Bobcats with 10 points.

Whiteford closed the regular season 12-9.

Whiteford will open district play Monday.
