OTTAWA LAKE — Karlie Conard’s three-run blast over the left centerfield fence gave Whiteford a dramatic 4-2 win Thursday over Division 1 Saline.

Saline scored two runs in the top of the seventh inning to take a 2-1 lead. In the bottom of the seventh inning, Addeson Cousino led off the inning with a single up the middle. Avy Wood sacrificed her to second base but reached on an error. Shay Alexander moved the runners to second and third.

With two outs, Conard belted a 0-1 pitch over the fence for the game-winner.

Unity Nelson gave up two hits and struck out 11 for Whiteford, who is 15-4 on the season.

Saline fell to 24-5.
