Whiteford improved to 7-3 in the TCC Tuesday with a five-set win over Summerfield.

Whiteford dropped the first two sets, but came back for the thrilling win, 20-25, 23-25, 25-11, 25-14 and 15-12.

Whiteford trailed 12-9 in the final set when Bailey Spradling came up to serve and served out the win.

She finished with 17 kills, 10 digs and six aces.

Live Ruehle had 32 digs while Addeson Cousino had 35 assists and 10 digs.

Whiteford is 17-11 overall.
