OTTAWA LAKE – Whiteford opened the season with a TCC victory, beating Erie Mason 45-40.

Rylan Joerin led the way with 15 points. Cole Griffith scored 10.

The Bobcats had just one field goal in the fourth quarter – a triple by Schroyer.

The rest of the 15 points came at the free throw line. Joerin made 6-for-8 from the line in the quarter while Delmotte made 4-of-5.
