OTTAWA LAKE – Whiteford’s girls basketball team dipped to 1-1 after a 46-28 loss to Ida Thursday.

“Credit to their team tonight as they were way more physical than we were and forced numerous turnovers,” Whiteford coach Nick Brillhart said. “A 15-4 second quarter was our undoing as we never found our rhythm and didn’t play very well.”

Avy Wood led the Bobcats with 8 points.
