SALINE – Whiteford fell behind 12-2 in the first quarter but went on a 15-5 run in the third quarter to get back into the game.

Addeson Cousino led the Bobcats with 12 points and 7 rebounds. Emily Rasor added 10 points.

“We started very slow out of the gate,” Bobcat coach Nick Brillhart said. “We didn’t handle their early pressure well and needed to settle in. the third quarter turned the game around for us.”

The two teams combined to shoot 64 free throws.
