Whiteford offensive lineman Chase Lee has been selected to the Detroit Free Press 2024 Division 7 All-State football team.

Lee, a senior, helped pave the way for a Whiteford offense that averaged 245.8 rushing yards per game and scored 28 rushing touchdowns. Whiteford went 5-5 while playing nine playoff-bound teams during the 2024 season.

Lee also played defense where he made 43 total tackles.

He joins defensive end Mason DeBarr as Whiteford players to be named All-State this season. DeBarr earned first team defensive line honors from the Michigan High School Coaches Association.
