OTTAWA LAKE – Whiteford will host a Baseball and Softball tournament Saturday.

The second annual Conner “Hoogie” Hoogendoorn Baseball Tournament will begin at 9 a.m. when Whiteford takes on Clinton.

Clinton will play Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central at 11:30 a.m. Whiteford and SMCC will follow at 2 p.m.

The tournament champion will be determined by record, or in the event of a tie, fewest runs allowed.

The Whiteford Invitational Softball Tournament will begin at 9:45 a.m. when Whiteford takes on Manchester.

Ann Arbor Father Gabriel Richard will then play Manchester at 11:45 a.m. Whiteford will play Gabriel Richard at 1:45 p.m.

The winner of the round robin tournament will be determined by best overall record. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by fewest runs allowed, most runs scored or, finally, a coin flip.
