OTTAWA LAKE – Whiteford placed second in the Conner Hoogendoorn Memorial Baseball Tournament Saturday, beating Clinton 11-1 but losing to St. Mary Catholic Central 4-3 in a nine-inning second game.

Nate Stevens got the pitching win going six innings in the opener.

Tre Eitniear started and struck out six in the finals. Logan Delmotte pitched four innings in relief and took the loss.  

The Bobcats are 15-6.
