Dalton Neal pitched a complete game shutout for the Bobcats, who improved to 9-0 in the TCC by beating the Patriots in the first game of a scheduled doubleheader.

Neal struck out 10.

Tre Eitniear and Luke Henegar had two hits each at the plate.

Game two was suspended in the fourth inning with Whiteford leading 2-0. The game is scheduled to be continued at 4:30 p.m. Friday.
