ADRIAN — Whiteford defeated Sand Creek 18-2 and 9-2 on a rainy afternoon at Adrian College.

The sweep gives the Bobcats a 11-0 record in the TCC and clinches a fourth straight league title Whiteford. It’s the 17th all-time league title for Whiteford and eighth under coach Terry Pant, which is second most league titles in TCC history.

Luke Henegar was the winning pitcher in the opener and Dalton Neal won game two.

Nate Stevens had five hits and Trent Eitniear four in the two games.

Whiteford is 21-8.
