OTTAWA LAKE – The Whiteford Bobcats, off to their best start since 2007-08, will host two-time defending league champion Lenawee Christian tonight.

The Bobcats beat Morenci 70-44 on Tuesday to get to 7-0. Cole Griffith scored 15 points, Theo Joerin 14 and Caden Schroyer 9.

LCS features the 2024-25 Division 4 player of the year in Jaxon Salenbien, who recently became the all-time leading scorer in school history. He’s closing in on 1,800 career points. He is also the school’s all-time leader in assists.
