FLAT ROCK – The Bobcats went on the road Thursday and beat Flat Rock, 57-49.

The Bobcats led 16-7 after the first quarter and 30-22 at halftime, but Flat Rock pulled within 42-40 at the end of the third quarter.

Caden Schroyer scored 10 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter to help the Bobcats hold off the Rams. Cole Griffith added 12 points. Schroyer also had 10 rebounds.

“I thought our defense was the difference in this one especially in the fourth quarter,” Whiteford coach Jordan Bollin said.
