The Whiteford Volleyball program is holding a “Teal Attack” on Thursday, Sept. 7 during its varsity and junior varsity matches against Sand Creek. The event will also spill over into the home football festivities on Sept. 8.
A Teal Attack is an event to raise awareness and funds for the Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance. More info can be found here: http://www.mioca.org/teal_attack
Volleyball teams will be selling t-shirts at their matches 9/7 and at the football game 9/8. T-shirts are $10.
Volleyball teams are also putting together several baskets/items for a silent auction, which will begin 4:30 9/7 and end 7:45pm 9/8. Baskets and items will be on display at the volleyball matches 9/7 and the football game 9/8. This is where we hope to raise the most funds.
All bidding will be done online, so bidders can be present at the events but need not be.
Bidders can go to: www.winningcause.org/tealattack to view items and register to bid. Items will be added over the next few days and should all be online for viewing by Thursday morning.
All proceeds will go the Michigan Ovarian Cancer Alliance and are tax-deductible.
Come out and help support the Teal Attack and the Whiteford Bobcats.
