Whiteford ran the Regional meet Saturday at Hudson. Cold, and overcast weather met our runners this morning. With the girls running first the temperature was in the upper 30s. This did not keep the girls from running some of their better times. Molly Bartlett crossed the line first for the Whiteford team in 48th with a time of 25:48. Kassidy Homolka came in next (50th in 26:19), followed by Mia Miller (52nd) with a season best time of 26:27, Josie Emerson 61st in 28:08, and Emma Lough 64th in 28:17. The girls finished in 10th place.
The boys took to the line next and there were some snowflakes witnessed. The boys ran hard and were led by Corbin Willis. Corbin placed 19th in a personal best time of 18:45. Not far behind also running a personal best time was Nathan Walker (19:19 in 30th place). Rounding out the rest of the team was Camden Willis 47th in 20:20, McCarty Simmons 53rd 20:48, Logan Bunge-Lance 62nd 21:48, Daniel Gapp 63rd 21:46, and Trenton Kolmar 65th in 21:53. The boys as a team placed 8th today.
