Whiteford’s boys basketball team had no trouble scoring Wednesday, rolling to more than 20 points in every quarter in an 89-50 win over Blissfield.
The Bobcats got 32 points from Cameron Iott and 19 from Jared Fink in improving to 4-2 on the season. The Bobcats are now off until Tuesday when they travel to Clinton.
Whiteford built an early lead on the visiting Royals, going up 23-11 after the first quarter. They made eight 3-pointers in the game, including three by Iott, three by Fink and two by Hunter Lake. Antonio DiTerlizzi chipped in with nine points and Isaac Badenhop had a career-best 7.
The Bobcats JV team lost to the Royals, 61-34. Brady Tesznar led the Bobcats with 11.
