BRITTON — Britton Deerfield handed Whiteford its first TCC loss of the 2017-18 girls basketball season Thursday, winning 55-44.
Baylee Baldwin scored 22 points but was the only Bobcat in double figures. She made four 3-pointers and was perfect on her six free throw attempts. Baldwin now has 68 career 3-pointers, bringing her to within two of tying Emily Ritzenthaler’s Whiteford career record for triples.
The Bobcats are 9-4 overall and 7-1 in the TCC. Morenci leads the TCC with an 8-0 record.
