Whiteford’s softball team dipped to 9-4-1 on the season Friday after getting swept by defending Division 3 state champion Ida.
The Bobcats lost by scores of 8-2 and 12-1.
Baylee Baldwin had two singles, Milly Iott and single and a double and Katie Lipp tripled.
The Bobcats trailed just 3-2 in the sixth inning of the first game before Ida broke the game open then had eight errors in the nightcap.
The game was a non-league matchup.
