HUDSON — Whiteford’s softball team cruised to a 14-1 win in Saturday morning’s Division 4 regional semifinal. The Bobcats will play the winner of the North Adams-Jerome vs. Waldron in the other semifinal.

Lindsey Walker went the distance – four innings – for the Bobcats. She walked two, allowed one hit and an unearned run while striking out five.

Katie Lipp went 4-for-4 with a double and three RBI. Madison Durden went 3-for-3 with a double and three RBIs. The Bobcats had 16 hits in all.
