Bobcat JV volleyball team defeats Dundee, improves to 2-2-3

Whiteford’s JV volleyball team defeated Dundee Monday, 25-14, 25-19 and 15-11.

The Bobcats are 2-2-3 on the young season.

Whiteford played in a tournament Friday. In the first pool play, the Bobcats lost to Sand Creek (25-19, 25-15) and split with Adrian (25-13, 25-27). In the second pool, whiteford split with Erie Mason (25-22, 10-25) and Columbia Central (25-16, 11-25) to advance to the quarterfinals.

The Bobcats beat Columbia Central (14-25, 25-18, 15-11) to advance to the semifinals, where they lost to Saline, 25-8, 25-12.
