OTTAWA LAKE — Whiteford will host Madison tonight in its 2019 Tri-County Conference opener.

Both teams come into the game with 1-2 overall records. Madison is 0-1 in the TCC, having lost last week to Sand Creek 60-27.

The Bobcats are coming off a 54-24 loss to No. 5 Schoolcraft in a non-league matchup. They hope to get back to their winning ways against Madison, who is on a two-game losing streak.

Friday’s game starts a six-game TCC schedule for the Bobcats, who will be at Morenci next week before having back-to-back games against state ranked teams – Sand Creek in Week 6 and Clinton in Week 7.
