The 1974-75 sports season is another milestone year for Whiteford sports.

Kris Knisel (later Kris Hubbard) would come to Whiteford and become a varsity head coach, something she would do for the next four decades. John Flynn, a former University of Toledo football player, became the Bobcat football coach.

On the track, Diane Tomes became Whiteford’s first-ever state individual track champion.
