OTTAWA LAKE – Whiteford will celebrate the opening of its new track Friday afternoon with an event for the student body and school officials. It will also be streamed live on Facebook.

The event will be at 1:45 p.m. on the school’s Facebook page.

Track season begins Monday with practice with the first official home track meet in more than a decade on March 30.
