HUDSON – Whiteford’s softball team extended its winning streak to 13 games Friday with a 15-0 win over Hudson.
Unity Nelson and Berlynn Keller both pitched for the Bobcats in the five-inning game. Nelson allowed one hit in four innings while Keller pitched the final inning.
Keller went 4-for-4 at the plate, part of a 13-hit Bobcat attack. Aly VanBrandt and Patrina Marsh all had multiple-hit games for the 21-3 Bobcats.
Whiteford has a double header scheduled this week at Morenci on Wednesday and at Monroe St. Mary Catholic Central on Saturday (10 a.m.).
