EDON, Ohio – The Bombers threw for 337 yards and five touchdowns and knocked off the No. 2 ranked Bobcats.
Cole Giesige ran for two touchdowns and returned a kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown to lead the 3-1 Bobcats.
Whiteford was playing the 4-1 Bombers because the TCC game agsinst Morenci was canceled.
Edon quarterback Drew Gallegue completed 21 of 37 passes.
Giesige rushed for 64 yards to lead Whiteford.
“If we use this as an opportunity to get better, it could be a good thing for us,” Whiteford coach Jason Mensing said.
