Whiteford is ready for the stretch run.

The Bobcat football team beat state-ranked Sand Creek last week to stay undefeated in the Tri-County Conference and how hits Week 6 of the prep football season with a game on the road at Pittsford.

The Bobcats are 4-1 and 2-0 in the TCC. Erie Mason is 3-0 in conference play and the only other undefeated league team in conference play.

Pittsford is 1-4 and broke a 14-game losing streak last week by beating Pontiac Arts & Technology, 49-14.

Whiteford has won three in a row at Pittsford, but trails in the all-time series, 9-6.
