HUDSON — Whiteford went 3-1 Saturday to finish second at the Hudson Tournament.

The Bobcats beat Britton Deerfield 25-11, 25-14, Hudson 25-20, 25-23 then lost to Hudson 25-12, 25-16 before beating Morenci 25-15, 26-28, 15-8.

Alaina Andrews had 64 assists and 11 kills while Allison Spradling had 17 kills, 12 digs and six aces. Mackenzie Ulery had 11 kills and Anna VanBrandt had 28 digs for the Bobcats.

The players each earned medals for their runner-up finish.
