Bobcats fall to SMCC in District volleyball action

MADISON TOWNSHIP – Whiteford’s varsity volleyball season came to a close Wednesday in the Division 3 District semifinals.

Monroe SMCC beat the Bobcats 25-11, 25-10, 25-10.

Whiteford ended the season 11-18-2 in Janie Bunge’s first season as the head coach.

In Wednesday’s match, Alaina Andrews had 10 assists, Anna VanBrandt 9 digs and Ava Hillard 8 digs.
