SYLVANIA, Ohio — Whiteford came up just short in a comeback attempt at Lourdes University Tuesday in the consolation game of the Warrior Classic.

Emmanuel Christian, the host school, beat Whiteford 44-41, to claim third place.

Whiteford outscored the Warriors 18-14 in the second half. Kinzie Kohler scored 13 points and Zoe Bauman 8 for the Bobcats.
