Whiteford will once again compete in the Emmanuel Baptist Warrior Classic over the Christmas break.

The Bobcats will take on host Emmaneul Christian at Lourdes University on Thursday, Dec. 29 at 6 p.m.

Other participating teams are Adrian Lenawee Christian and Toledo Scott.

The consolation game will be played at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 30 with the championship game scheduled for 6 p.m. that same evening.

Whiteford’s JV boys basketball team will open play at 10 a.m. on Dec. 29 against Lenawee Christian. The JV consolation game is at 10 a.m. Friday with the JV championship game at 11:30 a.m. The JV tournament is being played at Emmanuel Christian High School on Laskey Road in Toledo.

The 2022 event is the 25th all-time tournament. Whiteford’s first year of participation was 2005. The Bobcats took home the 2007 championship.
