Whiteford will take on Riverview Gabriel Richard on Saturday, Nov. 18 at 1 p.m. in the Division 8 semifinal.

The game will be played at Adrian College, according to the MHSAA web site.

The Pioneers (8-4) earned its trip to the semifinals with a 31-28 win over Clarkston Everest Collegiate Saturday afternoon. Richard scored with 10 seconds left in the fourth quarter to pull out the win.

Whiteford (12-0) beat White Pigeon 54-6 on Friday to secure its spot in the semifinals.
