Bobcats sweep Lenawee Christian in girls and boys track

The Bobcat track teams swept Lenawee Christian Tuesday.

The boys won 106-26 and the girls beat the Cougars 82-53.

First place performances came from Keegan Masters, winning the 1600 and 800, Nate Andrews in the 400, Kolby Masserant in the shot put, Stepan Masserant in the pole vault, Zach Kahn in the 300 hurdles and the 3200, Aiden Ghamlouche in the 110 hurdles, Liam Waterford in the discus and high jump. Whiteford aalso won all four relays.

The girls took first in the 3200 by Braelynn Chiotti, Annie Gapp in the 100 and 300 hurdles, the 4×400 and 4×800 teams, Kenzi Gray in shot put and discus, Rylie DeSilvis in high jump and long jump, and Reagan Wing in the pole vault.

Both teams are 4-0 and 1-0 in the TCC.

Whiteford is in action Friday at the Ralph Rice Invite at Parma Western and Tuesday at Erie Mason with Summerfield.
