BRITTON – A well-balanced Britton Deerfield squad put four players in double figures and made five 3-pointers to hand the Bobcats a surprising loss.
The Bobcats fell to 5-5 on the season and into a third-place tie in the Tri-County Conference.
Baylee Baldwin scored 24 points and Kinzie Kohler 10 to lead Whiteford.
Hannah Alock (13), Brooklynn McBee (12), Olivia Warner (11) and Carlie Logan (11) all reached double digits for BD. McBee scored in double figures for the first time in her career and Warner also had a career high point total.
Whiteford hosts undefeated and No. 10-ranked Madison Friday.
