SYLVANIA, Ohio – Whiteford will head into the 2023 portion of its 2022-23 schedule on a winning note.
The Bobcats beat Lenawee Christian 55-49 in the Consolation Game of the Warrior Classic at Lourdes University in Sylvania.

Evan Parker, who made the All-Tournament team, scored 22 points. Hunter DeBarr hit a big 3-pointer in the fourth quarter that fueled the come-from-behind win.

LCS led 44-38 heading into the fourth quarter.

It was Whiteford’s first victory over Lenawee Christian since 2003.
