OTTAWA HILLS, Ohio – Ottawa Hills scored the game winner in the bottom of the ninth inning and beat Whiteford 2-1.

Logan Tammerine pitched six innings, striking out 11 and giving up one earned run. Tre Eitniear took the loss, pitching two innings, walking two and hitting a batter, which drove in the winning run.

Brendon Masters doubled while Eitniear, Logan Keane and Nate Stevens had the other Whiteford hits. Zayne Emch scored the lone Whiteford run.

The Bobcats are 2-1 on the season.
